THE AMARETTO SOUR
Amaretto is very, very sweet, so to take the edge off of that, we put some bourbon in here.
· 1 ½ oz. (45 ml) amaretto
· ½ oz. (15) bourbon
· 1 oz. (30) lemon juice
· ¼ oz. (7) simple syrup
· 1 egg white
o Add all ingredients to shaker and dry-shake for 10 seconds
o Add ice and shake
o Strain into a chilled coupe glass
o Dash with Angostura bitters (you could also use Peychaud’s)
§ You can make a fun swirl with a pick, too, like in fancy coffee
