o 2 ponies tequila (a pony is 1 oz)
o Juice of 1 lime
o 2 tsp sugar (1 TBSP simple syrup)
o 2 dashes orange bitters
§ Stir contents inside a Collins glass with lots of small ice
§ Fill with club soda
§ No garnish except the crushed lime halves
o I disregarded that and used a hibiscus flower from my garden, as suggested by our buddy @the_johnnyutah on Instagram.
